How do I add clothes to my closet?
Open the app, go to your closet, and add clothing photos. Klozu can help tag items like category, color, season, and style details so your closet becomes easier to search and style.
Why does Klozu ask for clothing photos?
Clothing photos let Klozu identify what is in your closet and recommend outfits using the pieces you actually own.
How does outfit generation work?
Klozu looks at your closet items, style preferences, context, weather details when available, and selected vibe to suggest outfits from your real wardrobe.
What is AI Data Sharing?
AI Data Sharing controls whether Klozu can send relevant clothing and style inputs to AI services to power features like outfit generation, item analysis, and shopping guidance.
Why should I enable AI Data Sharing?
AI Data Sharing allows Klozu to provide more personalized styling features. Without it, some AI-powered recommendations may be limited or unavailable.
Can I use Klozu without AI Data Sharing?
Some basic app features may still work, but AI-powered features may be limited or unavailable if AI Data Sharing is turned off.
How do saved outfits work?
When you save an outfit, Klozu stores the selected clothing items together so you can revisit the look later.
Can I favorite outfits?
Yes. Saved outfits can be marked as favorites so they are easier to find.
Can I delete clothing items?
Yes. You can delete clothing items from your closet inside the app. Deleted items may also be removed from outfits that depended on them.
Why are my outfit suggestions different each time?
Klozu may generate different outfit combinations based on your closet, selected vibe, context, season, and available items.
How does Klozu use my data?
Klozu uses account, closet, style preference, and feature data to provide the app experience. AI-related processing depends on your AI Data Sharing setting. For full details, review the Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account according to Klozu’s account deletion flow.
Can I request a data export?
Yes. In the app, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Data Export to request a copy of your account data.
How do I change AI Data Sharing?
Open the app and go to Settings > Privacy & Security > AI Data Sharing. You can review or update your preference there.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions unlock premium Klozu features based on the plan shown in the app. All purchases are handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system on iOS.
What are credits?
Credits may be used for select premium AI actions inside Klozu. The app will show when credits are required before you use a paid action.
Why can’t I see my purchase?
Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase. Then open the app and use Restore Purchases if available. If it still does not appear, contact support.
How do I restore purchases?
Open the app’s subscription or purchase screen and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I report a problem?
Use Settings > Report a Problem in the app, or email support@klozu.app with details and screenshots if possible.
