By accessing or using Klozu, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when interacting with Klozu and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account or access credentials.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account to the extent permitted by law.

You may use Klozu only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer the platform except where prohibited by law, or use Klozu in a way that harms other users or the business.

You may provide content, images, wardrobe details, shopping inputs, prompts, and other materials through Klozu. You retain rights you already hold in your content.

You grant Klozu the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, analyze, display, and use that content to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit content to Klozu.

Klozu may generate verdicts, outfit suggestions, style explanations, recommendations, or other outputs. These outputs are informational and product-generated. They may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation.

You are responsible for your own decisions based on product output, including purchasing, styling, sharing, or publishing decisions.

Klozu and its related branding, product elements, software, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to Klozu if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms.

You may stop using Klozu at any time.

Klozu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability except where such disclaimers are not allowed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klozu and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Klozu after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
